You can use any of the Issue Labels reports to print bag tags. Before you can print labels for a bag tag, you must define the ZIP3 general lookup/validation table and import 3-digit ZIP code values, and specify your publication on the Subscription Selection window. See Importing Values into the Zip3 Table for information about how to defining the ZIP3 general lookup/validation table.
To print a bag tag
1. From Billing, select Set up module> Products to open the Set up products window.
2. Select a product of type SUB. The Subscription Info button displays.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Subscription Info.
5. Select the Carrier Route Sort and Print Bag Tags options.
6. Enter free form text in Bag Tags Line 2 and Bag Tags Line 3.
7. Click Save.
8. From Subscriptions, select Generate reports to open the Generate reports window.
9. Select the Issue Labels report type.
10. Select a label report.
11. Click Run.
12. Select the Publication and click OK.
